On May 31 and June 1 and 2, I had the honor of serving as stage manager at Festilake. These days were an unforgettable experience for me, not only because of the great music and atmosphere, but especially because of the fantastic organization and the volunteers I met.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the team. Their cheerfulness and enthusiasm were contagious and made me feel immediately welcome. It was clear that everyone, from the organizers to the volunteers, was passionate about the festival and did everything they could to make it a success.

As stage manager, I had the responsibility of managing the stage activities. This involved working closely with artists, their management, and the stage crew to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to everyone’s professional attitude and cooperation, everything went perfectly.

What amazed me most of all was the dedication and hard work of the volunteers. Their efforts ensured that everything ran smoothly and that both performers and visitors had a great time. Their enthusiasm was contagious and made my job not only easier, but also much more enjoyable.

This weekend showed me how important teamwork and a positive attitude are when organizing a big event. The great collaboration allowed me to contribute to delivering a super festival in a fun way. It was a privilege to be part of such a great team and I look forward to working with this fantastic group of people again in the future.

In short, my experience as an internship manager at Festilake was unforgettable and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful event.
